Refund Policy

Last updated 25 July 2026

The short version

[Decide your policy and write it in one sentence here. The most common is a 7-day money-back guarantee on a first order. Whatever you choose, this line is what customers and payment providers will read.]

What is refundable

[For example: a first order, within N days, if the server has not been used in breach of the terms.]

What is not

  • Terms already used
  • Renewals of a service you have had for some time
  • Accounts closed for breaking the terms
  • **[Anything else specific to your setup — set-up fees, licences you buy on the

customer's behalf, add-ons that cannot be returned]**

How to ask

Email [Add a support email address in Storefront settings.] from the address on your account and say which service and why. We answer within [N] working days.

How the money comes back

To the method it arrived by. Card and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days.

[Cryptocurrency cannot be reversed. If you accept it, say here how you handle those refunds — most stores refund to a wallet address the customer supplies, at the value in the original currency. Say which, before someone asks.]
